Subscriber Frequently Asked Questions
If you are a photographer or a commercial customer some of these question/answers may not apply.
1. What are the differences between Basic, Plus, and Premium subscriptions?
The difference between each subscription is price and access to our library of images.

Basic - $20.00 with access to images from the past month (last 30 days)

Plus - $50.00 with access to images from the past year (last 6 months)

Premium - $90.00 with access to all our images (last 12 months)
All subscriptions will give you access to 600px images without the watermark. Please note that our Subscription Services are for viewing purposes only and you will not have the ability to download or buy the images.
2. Why can't I download images?
We are glad to hear that you are interested in our images. As for your question on downloading our images, unfortunately you are signed up for viewing privileges ONLY.
This means that you can enjoy looking at the images, but you will not be able to save or print them. This was stated in the "Cambodia Picture House Subscription Agreement" that you agreed to when subscribing for our service.
A Commercial Service subscription is needed to purchase/download our images. Our commercial service is available to qualified businesses only. More information on our Commercial Service can be found here. If you have any other questions about our subscription services please contact us again.
3. How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by logging into the Cambodia Picture House website, clicking on the "My Account" link at the top right-hand corner of the website, and then clicking on the "click here to cancel" link next to the section labeled "Automatic Renewal" on the "My Subscription" page. Such cancellation notice must be delivered to Cambodia Picture House at least 24 hours prior to the expiration date of your existing subscription term.
4. I'm having trouble logging into CambodiaPicture House.
If you are having trouble logging into Cambodia Picture House please try cleaning out your browsers internet cookies. Click here to see instructions on how to clean out your browsers internet cookies on multiple platforms.
5. If you are using AOL:
Try using Internet Explorer instead of the AOL browser. Our website has High Quality content, which the AOL browser has problems working with. You can sign on AOL normally, minimize the AOL window and use Internet Explorer to browse the Cambodia Picture House website.
6. I just upgraded from a Free Account to a Paid Subscription and still see small images with watermarks.
If you are still seeing small images with watermarks after upgrading, clear your browsers internet cookies. Click here to see instructions on how to clean out your browsers internet cookies on multiple platforms.
7. How do I unsubscribe from your daily emails?
There is a link at the bottom of each Cambodia Picture House blast mail that says "unsubscribe". Click this link to unsubscribe your email from our list.
8. How do I change my password?
We can change your password for you. All you have to do is email support@cambodiapicturehouse.com with:
